Lovely time , property was clean, staff went out of there way to ensure we had a working mini fridge.

We really had a blast here.. They have a water park which my kids ages 3 and 7 years old loved. We actually wanted to stay two additional nights after our first night, but they were booked. The staff are exceptionally friendly, the balcony was a nice touch and the breakfast selection was nice and provided many choices.

Loved the cleanliness of the room. That’s a big thing for me. The staff seems really nice- when I asked for my towels to be replaced after I checked in it was done immediately and with a smile. I had to admit I was a bit of a germaphobe, but the kind lady in housekeeping said she understood, and the front desk receptionist even called to make sure my new towels had been delivered. I felt like they really were invested in my happiness and that helped me enjoy my vacation.

1st time here and we enjoyed, food was okay but touring the city was a breeze.

Not too fancy, a nice place to relax and bring the kids, we had a good time here.

The hotel was really nice, the rooms were big enough for a family of 5, and the reservations department were all very nice. Gave 4 stars because it is kind of just basic in comparison to what I am used to. Not in a bad way, maybe I just like more of a city feel where there is a ton going on around you.
